Just make sure that before to go to search() increase ply+=1 as if you have
played a move. Then, you don't have to change anything about the killers.
Treat Nullmove as a move. I don't see why a killer found on the nullmove
search cannot be used in the normal search. In fact, the might be even
more useful! (because killers in the nullmove search are "threats"
in the normal search and viceversa).
