His answer was perfect.  How will using zip reduce download time 1/3?  zip
can't compress the TB files near as well as the normal .emd compression
algorithm.

Please read the documentation before asking simple questions.  You don't
need to decompress them.  Crafty (or other programs) will decompress them on
the fly...
