Being a game company, they naturally made it into a game (a challenging one) to
find anything. You just gotta love it, or you'll give up before figuring it out.

Click 'FAQ Database' (in Technical Support column)
Click 'Find Answers'
Change 'All Products' dropdown to 'PC'
Select Chessmaster version from 'All Sub-Products' dropdown
Click the 'Search' button
