Insomniac wasn't really happy until it won the pawn. Two or three moves later
the score fell to 0.00.

I think white still has a won game after Qh1. White's problem was the way in
which he tried to take advantage of this. I suspect there is some way to win
(even ditching the rook for the bishop should win), but it was way too deep for
my program....
