Let me guess: you are using the W98 CD as a mirror or something like that?

It's true that there are some ways of using stuffs from Microsoft that do not
produce any bug. However it takes a lot of imagination to find them.

For example a box of an older version of some stuff from Microsoft (that came
with a big heavy manual and a lot of floppies) is currently blocking my office's
door, so this door does not slam at the first breathe of wind.

I must admit that this product, in this particular way of using it, has been
working FLAWLESSLY since more than 4 years.

That's quite an achievement, and I think the Microsoft team should be credited
for this. I don't understand why you guys are constantly criticizing them.

Tell you, it works even during power failures. Incredible. I never had to reboot
it.

I'm currently considering the update offer for this product. I'm wondering what
advantage I'll find in it. But Microsoft says I really need it, so obviously it
must bring something terrific.
