1. Uninstall Fritz6 completely. 2. Reintsall it. 3. Download the lastest patch that is zipped from http://chessbase.com/download/fritz6.htm and put this zipped file in C:\Program Files\ChessBase\Fritz6. 4. Unzip all the files into the Fritz6 folder. 5. click on setup.exe 6. Click on modify. IMPORTANT make sure that when you open the patch all paths lead to C:\Program Files\ChessBase\Fritz6 it wont work if it just states C:\Program Files\ChessBase In the future when you download another patch hit on "repair" instead of modify Hope this helps.
