Instead of picking odd handles, people who are interested in staying anonymous will just pick a name out of the phonebook - or make something up that sounds plausable. Enforcing this rule would require some proof that the CCC members are who they say they are. I don't see any way of making this work unless we were all required to fax copies of our birth certificates, drivers licenses, or passports to ICD. I'd like to see people be honest about who they are, but I don't think it is something that can be enforced without extraordinary measures. I also don't think we should have any rule like this that cannot be enforced. That just invites abuse/witch hunts for abuse. - Dan
