Most of them are old accounts before the restrictions were implemented or by
virtue of knowing an administrator. I applied for a computer account once to try
an early Yace verson and play a few matches against a friend. I _never_ got a
yes or even a no, despite mailing them once a month at the beginning. So in my
opinion they're completely incompetent.

But I'll try again if their site is up and if it's possible to make a request
for a computer account. That isn't always the case.
