this looks like a draw to me too - a & h pawns can be a draw. white blocks
one pawn with the king and attacks the other pawn from the side, checking
the black king until it's in a bad position.
there's something on this ending in the dvoretzki/yusupov endgame book. i'll
look it up and post the variations unless someone else does before me :-)
