He's been taken to task for that a few times.

Vincent is actually a reasonable guy, and Diep is pretty interesting.

It is not so effective at the time controls I see on ICC, but it does
have a bite.  Diep has a big eval function and does a lot of pruning, so
sometimes he finds good stuff, and sometimes he evaluates and ending
really well, but often he gets outsearched and killed somewhere along
the way.

He's got something running automatically on ICC, I don't know any more
of the story than this.
