Don't know if it's what you're looking for, but you can take them individually,
copy them to the clipboard, and use Winboard to copy the moves from clipboard
(file menu), so 1.e3 e5 2.c4 d6 3.Nc3 Nc6 4.b3 Nf6 1/2 whichever one that was
can be copied BACK to the clipboard from Winboard and becomes

[Event "Game from non-PGN file"]
[Site "-"]
[Date "2001.06.01"]
[Round "-"]
[White "?"]
[Black "?"]
[Result "1/2-1/2"]

1. e3 e5 2. c4 d6 3. Nc3 Nc6 4. b3 Nf6
1/2-1/2

And then you still need to label it, but there it is anyhow.

Pete
