  I count piece moves but the king (and pawns). So R,N,B,Q moves are what I
consider mobility.
  Available number of squares a king can move is (under attack) a matter of king
safety.
  Available number of squares pawns can move is a matter of pawn structure.
  So, only pieces for mobility.
