I'm not Werner but I think I can answer.
The March 2001 SSDF list says:
116 Mephisto Vancouver 68000 12 MHz 2005 21 -21 1139 54% 1976
That's after their abrupt 100 elo substract. For years the Vancouver has been
evaluated at 2105 elo (this elo was comparable to human elo).
