I remember when I would log my computer account on with an old copy of crafty with a pentium 2-350 with 196 megs of ram and it would clean out the competition. So, I bought a new computer and I wanted to see how high I could reach rating wise. Hardware:Tyan Tiger mobo, 512 megs of PC 133(cas 2) ram, dual pentium3-1000's and a version 18 smp crafty. and this is the resource file I am using...: log off learn 7 book on book random 1 resign 9 display extstats mt 2 hash 256M hashp 4M whisper 2 I have lost many many games against genius6 and even lesser crafties(hardware-wise) Is there something I am doing wrong? It seems like it isnt as strong as I remember.
