The Fritz 5 module for CB 6 is available for about $45 from ChessBase, but since you pay little more these days to get the "real" Fritz 5 product which also has the CB 6 .dll it doesn't make much sense IMHO to buy the .DLL (which doesn't include a playing engine you could use with Extreme).
