That 2700 nonsense is one of the great debacles in computer chess.  The SSDF
tries to massage their ratings to be close to humans.  What they should be
doing is adding 2000 to _every_ program's rating so that it would be _obvious_
that it was totally uncorrelated with FIDE ratings.  The SSDF list itself is
a great thing.  The rating "numbers" on the SSDF list are an absolute joke.
At least in the context of comparing SSDF to FIDE.
