the reason for doing this is to see if playing the personalities against each other will yield similar results to the results obtained by playing other programs...I will have some matches of mg1 vs. cm fun, mg1 vs cm utz, cm fun vs cm utz, and all them vs. the default...I will also play programs other than crafty... so...this whole project is in the early stages... it is not really an attempt to compare crafty to the chessmaster 8000... I just want to be sure that the crafty is identical each time..the only way to compare them fairly would be to play them on two separate computers, not in the CM GUI...
