I believe Kurt unzicker but I believe that he can get also 30% against GM's or
at least 30% against IM's.

I remember the amazing fact that he said that he had no losses against humans in
the last 30 or 40 games.

He got performance of almost 2100 and his performance could be better by playing
more moves and not agreeing to a draw too early.

He is probably at least at 2200 level and his style is very good for draws and
this is the reason that I guess that he can get 30% against IM's and maybe even
against GM's.
