Subject: Beat the strongest program in 30 moves

Sure that is possible, and has been done, against 1.2gz tiger.  Of courst that
will not happen very often and requires tiger making at least 2 bad moves, which
it has done at ICC.  Even the 1.5 gz tiger has been mated in 35 moves, both done
by a far weaker puter with an inferior program.
