Hmm. The Fritz interface can do this easily. You play c4 on the board,
switch to the database window and search for 'Van Wely'-'', ignore
colors off, match board position, both players > 2550

The only problem is that you will end up with transpositions to
other openings too.

Handgathered 450 000 game database (so its pretty small)

1996, 1997, 1999, 2000

Opponents include Piket, Svidler, Leko, Sokolov, Salov, Kobalija(who?)
Kramnik(!), Gelfand, Rublevsky and Krasenkow

Most of these games look like English structures to me.
