Not being a lawyer, I cannot (i.e. should not) comment on the legality or
effectiveness of this procedure (wow, I'm already speaking legalese!).

But, since Pandora's box has now been opened, I do have to notify the legal
department and see what the situation is. I'll let everybody know what they
say....
