I see no way it can be defended as being illegal. What each person does with
their copy, provided it is not the illegal distribution of it, is entirely up to
the user. If I decide to play frisbee with it, it's my problem. If I decide to
make screensavers out of it, in the privacy of my computer, that is my problem.
