It work just fine.

Add this to your engines5.ini file
[TheKing]
Parameters=TheKing.exe
SetBoard=true

And go to your add engine dialog.
Add the InBetween program (http://malin.webhostme.com/chess/en/)
and name it TheKing

Edit the InBetween.ini to look like this:
[Client2Server]
xboard := xboard\npost\nnew\ncm_parm default\ncm_parm opk=74939\n

Put the InBetween ini and exe file in CM's folder.
