Here are the results for Fritz 5 and Junior 4.6 running on a P II 300.
Set at 1 min/pos.
Aemis test (1 min/pos)
Fritz 5 68% avg. time 5s/23s
Junior 4.6 67% avg. time 7s/24s
Aemis 2 test (1min/pos)
Fritz 5 55% avg. time 8s/31s
Junior 4.6 50% avg. time 10s/35s
Overall results:
Fritz 5 123/200 62%
Junior 4.6 117/200 59%
Fritz 5 got more use out of the extra cpu speed at 1 min a position.
Will Try the tests again at 3 min a position.
The tests seemed very good at first look. And I liked the full solutions
very much.
