As far as I know it is not, but some of the authors of these programs ported
them (or enhanced version of them) to the PC.
The most advanced Fidelity programs have been programmed by Dan and Kathe
Spracklen, and they ported it to the PC under the (famous) name "Sargon". Sargon
V is the most advanced PC program from them.
The programmer of (most of the) Novag computers of the eighties and nineties is
David Kittinger. His PC program was called MyChess in the eighties, then WChess
in the nineties.
The author of the most famous Mephisto computers is Richard Lang. He ported his
program from the 68000 (Mephisto dedicated computers) to the PC under the name
"Chess Genius" or "Mephisto Genius".
So you don't actually need the code of the dedicated chess computers to see how
they would perform on the PC, because their authors all ported their programs to
the PC!
