I agree because the move 2... Kc6 is very bad. The move 2. Kb4 is not at all a
threat, even if it reaches to b5.

The correct move for black is 2...f5!!, try this out.

If 3. c5 then play 3... Kd5!! (so that the black king has no chance to go back
to c4 without lossing the the pawn at c5) and not 3... Kc6??. Black's majority
will take care after. Along the line black has at least move his e5-pawn to e4.
