This is really an important point. I believe that after a few years of
work on your program, and assuming you've got the right information from
here and there, you may have one of the top programs on planet earth.
Well, at least a good candidate.

The only thing you miss to have a really good program is a good testing
methodology. Without that, you may well be 100 or 200 points under what
you could achieve if "God" whispered the right settings in your hear.
