You have Delivery Service Notification on, which means that anybody with a supporting email client will be told that you asked for confirmation of having received the message. I clicked on OK, and so it sent you a notification that I read your message. Unforunately the bright minds at Microsoft never thought of controlling the senders language settings, and hence my (Dutch) Outlook sent you a Dutch confirmation. Oops. -- GCP
