eMbedded Visual Tools [sic] is a separate build system which looks very much
like the MSVC IDE.  One annoying thing about this is that it will reassociate C
source files to itself, stealing them from an existing MSVC installation.  It is
a free download from Microsoft (300 MB though).  Here is the URL:

It would be $15 shipping to get it mailed to you in Europe on CDROM.  It is also
included on the MS Developer Network CD's/DVD after April.
