Danns files are HUGE and contain games between weak players in numbers. It would
be fine if pgns had elo information, but they don't.

You may try downloading TWIC game files from
http://www.chesscenter.com/twic/twicp.html
They are suitable to preprocessing according to players elo.

Also visit http://www.crosswinds.net/~ossimitz/curious.htm and look for 2500.zip
file of 75000+ games between 'true GMs'.

Bobs ftp has few pgn game collections, but I don't know when was last time they
were updated.

I also remembered Dann has some file especially prepared for book generating, he
might give us a link....
