I don't remember for sure if the 2600 book has been fully cleansed.  I know for
sure I did it with the 2700 book.  By fully cleansed, I mean:

1.  Remove all rapid events
2.  Remove all blindfold events
3.  Remove all simultaneous events
4.  Remove all blitz events

for obvious reasons.  It's easy enough to detect them by scanning the headers.
