They're difficult to find. I know that by experience.

The easiest method is to download one of the 2X00.zip from the Contrib folder at
Dann's website, depending on the desired size of your book. Then check the ECO
distribution with a database program and patch the most conspicuous ECO holes. A
opening encyclopedia made of paper wouldn't hurt either :-).

I'll try pestering them with e-mails in a day or two. Of course, I could try
