That is a multiplicative probability, so that if you win 1 of every 16, you are 400 below, 1 of every 64 puts you 600 below, etc. 1.5 of 10 is around 300 below whatever you think the programs you are playing are rated at. If you think they are 2600, then you should be around 2300. If you think they are around 2300, then you are around 2000. Your choice there. :)
