There are simpler way to inflate a rating of programs if this is the purpose.
The simplest way is to post results without games.

It is known that most of the ssdf games are not public so it is easy for them to
do it.

Even if all the games are public it is still possible to ignore games that you
do not like in order to get wrong results.
