My attempt gave me a mate in 16:
1. Be1 f6 2. Kg7 f5 3. Kf7 Rh6 4. Kf8 Rh5 5. Kg7 d5 6. Kf7 Rh6 7. Kf8 Rh5
8. Kg7 d4 9. Kf7 Rh6 10. Kf8 Rh5 11. Kg7 f4 12. Kf7 Rh6 13. Kf8 Rh5 14. Kg7
Rh6 15. Kxh6 Nf6 16. Bxf2#

How does black prolong the pain :)
