After several problems with the engine TheKing2.13c, I have the following configuration that works perfect with 3.12 engine: program size date TK.exe 125.952 18/10/00 (ver 2.13) CM-theking.eng 22.528 23/11/00 Inbetween.exe 188.416 10/06/01 (ver 1.1) CM-theking.exe 188.416 10/06/01 I have tried this configuration in 3 different computer under Win98SE and Win2000, with no problem. At this moment I am doing a match against DeepFritz using RS-232 autoplayer with surprising result... From my first experiences, you must know, that when you see ply 3001, something is wrong and the engine stops the analysis and moves faster than expected. Under the last Fritz6 GUI, although I have deactivated the tablebases, when the game reaches a tablebase position, the GUI changes TheKing moves by the ones found in the tablebases.
