The instruction book contained within references the Chessmaster.com site as a general reference resourse for the product. Now, the new owners of the product have chosen not to keep the site active. That's _NOT_ my idea of responsible customer service for millions of owners. There is also a new patch (beyond 1.02) that addresses other product issues; yet remains in limbo. In my opinion these indicators do not bode well for the future viability of Chessmaster. Steve
