The hash memory will always be a power of two bytes, and it will never be greater than the amount you specify in the INI file, except when you specify a value less than 32 bytes, in which case you get 32 bytes. 32000000 should work out to 16 megabytes, not 8. If you are getting 8, and you specified 30, you may not have said "MaxHash" in the INI file, or it might not be getting the right INI file. It takes the INI file from the directory the program is in. If you really want 32 megabytes, say 35000000. That must work. I'm adding something that will make this dump these values to winboard.debug if you call winboard with /debug, but that's not released yet. bruce
