Well I don't know why you have this problem. I guess it has to do with the
Windows registery, but the engine does not use it, it's the GUI installation
which does.
I think you should uninstall the program totally and try again with a freshly
downloaded upgrade. I think it solved the problem last time I heard somebody
having trouble with the installation.
