It was the DOS version of Hiarcs 6.

It would have been much better to play all programs on separate
computers, as I did in the 40/2 tournament. The problem is that the
autoplayer Fritz 5 works only as master. Since Junior 4.6 is a module
for Frizt and the F5+H6 are modules too, it was impossible to make them
play betweem themselves or against Fritz 5 on separate machines. That's
why I entered them in these particular matches in engine-engine form. I
couldn't have done it in another way. For this same reason I couldn't
include Junior 4.6 in the 40/2 tournament, as I had no way to make it
play against Fritz 5 on separate machines. And I started the whole
tournament as a test for Fritz 5, so Junior was left out. Pity.

Aside from Junior, I would have liked to include Genius 5, Shredder 2,
Chessmaster 5K and CST, but it would take too much time for me alone to
do it.
