Slater, You do not need all GM's for your tournaments. You need 80% Fide rated, 50% titled and 3GM's. This might lower the cost. :) The tournament must be a catagory 7 (2401) or higher event for GM norms. You may also want to talk to the US college chess teams. They would meet the criteria and may do the tournament for free. University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) which in in my back yard, won this years championship, you may want to contact them or one of the other programs. Best Regards, Chris Carson
