Good luck. If you wish to use this approach, I think you will need it. :) Most modern programs have such *huge* books, that to find a line that is out of the book, you will have to resort to absolute trash (i.e. 1.a3 e5 2. h3 ...). Probably better would be a highly transpositional and flexible system like the Nimzovich Larsen Attack or the Reti, and toss in an unconventional move somewhere between moves 5-10. Chris
