For what it's worth, Chess Tiger has been developped in Guadeloupe with the help
of many chess players who are almost all Afro/Caribbean people.

The sad thing for me is that the best of them have now left the island. They
have gone to France, where they can improve their chess further and more easily
find interesting jobs (related to chess or not).
