Not only that, I did not compute the effect of repeated different opponents
which is fairly high.

So you are right, my 1800 figure was a wild over-exaggeration due to my playing
with numbers and not understanding how the calcualations are really performed.

Probably playing at a 2300 level for a long time would do it.
