I recently purchased PowerChess 98. (I saw it for $15.00 at Computer City) I have to say that playing the power chess king has been the most fun I've had playing a computer chess program. It really does seem to adapt to your strength and time control. I've enjoyed lots of other chess programs (including writing my own), but Power Chess is fun because of the adaptive style... the king "remembers" you and evolves with your play. It is a lot of fun - sort of a continuing grudge match :) - Dan
