Let me rephrase it: Of course GMs (and thelike :) players do not play computer
level. They are only positionally better than computers and that distorts the
CompElo calculations. :)

You imply that playing "positionally better" is somehow of more value than
playing "tactically better". While many humans probably share your view, (it's
human, I guess =) it's still only just an opinion. The current rating system
doesn't give you more ELO points if you beat your opponent with a wonderful
queen sac as opposed to capturing the opponents unprotected rook.
