We expect just that Christope.  Just kidding.  :)

10 points/year for SW improvement is possible with lots of hard work.  20 points
is a big accomplishment.  50 points or more in just SW is a real big
improvement, the type that forces some change in how your peers see your program
(I am of course only talking about SW improvement, not a new book or improved
personality settings, ..., although those are impressive also).  :)
