I wonder how fast of a mailbox+attack tables is, >compared with bitboard (in percent). First of all, the Attackboard is a bitboard representation, just not 64 bits. This is impossible to answer in general. It comes down to your evaluation terms, are they faster to compute with board representation a or b. Bitboard and Attackboard represent the same position, but some operations are slower in each case. I prefer to wallow in information, thus the Attackboard bias.
