If it can do well there it will most likely get the norm. I already explained why I think this 'norm' is a bit shaky in this conditions (fast time control, and even if the difference like Uri estimates is only 50 ELO that is still quite significant) I do still think that if ChessTiger makes the norm (which I believe it has a good chance of) this means something, and if it makes a second norm in another tournament that will be a very solid basis to call it a GM.
