Some person (no offense, but I'm not going to go through them all to see who)
said stop, you're posts are offensive and you back off? Why? Just ignore the
narrowminded twit. I would never give any such twit the power to push me away
from an activity I enjoy. Nor should you. I don't know about you, but here are a
few of the things I enjoy in CCC: sharing games, neat positions, blabbering pure
nonsense, telling stories, and last but not least debating things until my
fingers grow numb. :-) If it helps, let me tell you about some of the things
I've been told. I've been called names (direct profanity), been accused of
having a vindictive agenda, been told I was literally out to get them (twice by
two different people - loons, the lot of them), and the hardest of all: shown to
be wrong. *Sigh*
Stick around. The proverb is: "The meek shall inherit the earth" and not "The
twits shall inherit the earth". Don't let them get to you. Personally, I look
forward to many debates yet on the Elos, data, arguments, and whatnot. As to me,
I know I can be a contentious pain in the neck at times, but it's all about
truth and conviction, never about people.
